No less than 22 liters of fresh milk are needed to make 1 kilo of real churn butter. Its incomparable aroma is born during a maturation process lasting 72 hours. The best wheat flour and fresh free-range eggs are added to the dough.
The result: golden yellow butter patties with crispy icing. Delivered in a reusable airtight cookie tin. 10 packs of 6 patties. 400 g.
